In the event of bad weather e.g. heavy snow or a breakdown of mechanical or electrical equipment the Headteacher will make a decision as close to 7 a.m. as possible to determine whether the school will need to be closed.

In this circumstance information will be conveyed to parents via

• Text message (where possible)
