We use the Little Wandle Phonics Scheme (Government Approved) to teach phonics daily in EYFS, Key Stage 1, and in Key Stage 2 where it is felt appropriate. 

EYFS and KS1 also follow Little Wandle reading, which matches their phonics knowledge. 

Spelling in Key Stage 2 builds on the children's phonics knowledge using materials to support the expectations in the 2014 English curriculum and based on No Nonsense Spelling. 

We use Big Cat books as part of the reading scheme books for pupils to access in KS2 as well as whole class reading.
